With over 30 years experience, Dr. Rana oversees all medical treatment at Piedmont Medical. He is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and performs all IMEs in our office. He is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (ABPM, ABOEM) and Emergency Medicine (AAPS). Highly experienced in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and acts as a Medical Review Officer. His dedication to the Medical Profession has benefited many hospitals in the Greenville community and we are privileged to have him as our Attending MD.
Caroline Timms, APRN
Caroline is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, certified in Family Medicine and has over 25 years experience in healthcare. She holds an additional Masters in Food Service and is also a Registered Dietician. She is certified in Aesthetics Medicine.

Dr. Denise Crockett
Dr. Crockett is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist, a PTSD/Complex PTSD Assessor and is an Expert Witness for PTSD/Complex PTSD cases in Criminal, Civil and Family Court. As an essential addition to our team, she has evaluated some of our most complex trauma cases.
Dr. Daniel Gilbert, DC
Dr. Gilbert has been performing our Nerve Conduction Studies for over 15 years. He has vast experience in neurodiagnostic and vascular services. He has worked with 30+ medical offices across the southeast. His professionalism and expertise in this space has contributed immensely to the treatment of our patients.

With almost 45 years of experience in the treatment of acute trauma cases, Dr. Mills has dedicated his entire career to specializing in this area. He is the Owner/Operator and Managing Partner of Piedmont Medical. Andrew is a graduate of Clemson University’s Master’s Program. He is a certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. With over seven years of experience in nursing, he has spent the majority of the time focused on patients with complex orthopedic issues. Go Tigers!
